Legal Director
Anne joined the NHBA team as legal director in September 2024. In addition to providing high-quality legal advice and representation to folks facing eviction in Davidson County, Anne oversees all aspects of the ERTC program.
Anne attended Brooklyn College, where she graduated summa cum laude in political science and philosophy, and Vanderbilt University Law School. Prior to joining NHBA, Anne was a staff attorney with the Eviction Prevention Initiative at Legal Aid of East Tennessee in Chattanooga, where her creative and enthusiastic housing advocacy earned her the 2023 Tennessee Bar Association’s Ashley T. Wiltshire Public Service Attorney of the Year.
Outside of work, Anne loves cooking, reading, exploring Nashville, and going on walks with her lazy corgi, Spaghetti.
