The Nashville Hispanic Bar Association is part of the Nashville Right to Counsel Coalition, an alliance with Conexión Américas and Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee & the Cumberlands, working together to ensure equity and inclusion in the legal system and to address the Metro Nashville-Davidson County housing instability crisis.

The Immigrant Right to Eviction Counsel is the result of a grant with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Conexión Américas, and the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association to provide legal guidance and representation to low and moderate income tenants facing eviction in Metro Nashville-Davidson County.
