About Eviction Right to Counsel
The Eviction Right to Counsel (ERTC) is the result of a grant with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Conexión Américas, and the Nashville Hispanic Bar Association to provide legal guidance and representation to low and moderate income tenants facing eviction in Metro Nashville-Davidson County.
