The Nashville Hispanic Bar Association is part of the Nashville Right to Counsel Coalition, an alliance with Conexión Américas and Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee & the Cumberlands, working together to ensure equity and inclusion in the legal system and to address the Metro Nashville-Davidson County housing instability crisis.
who we are
The Nashville Hispanic Bar Association is a part of the Eviction Right to Counsel (ERTC) Program. The ERTC Program is a collaborative effort involving the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, Rooftop Nashville, the American Muslim Advisory Council, and the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center. Together, we offer legal advice and representation, mediation services, tenant education and outreach, and rental assistance.
